They were sort of grandfathered in when that law was put in place.

However, they still need

to get a waiver, to get like permission to sort of implement those regulations, which has now been taken away from them, at least for now.

So they have to think about, and then in other states have to think about other ways that is not a new vehicle regulation to incentivize the uptake of these cleaner technologies and better technologies.

So, you know, they're doing things like

incentives.

They're looking at incentive programs.

They're looking at, you know, putting in more charging infrastructure to sort of make it more appealing to have electric vehicles.

But the biggest tool that they had has been sort of taken away from them, which is unfortunate.
