So let's start first by talking about Dr.
Philip Resnick.
He is the defense's forensic psychiatrist who they called as their final witness before resting.

She was found not guilty by reason of insanity at her second trial in 2006, after she drowned her five children in their home.
So he interviewed Lindsay Clancy a few months after the murders, as well as reviewing her medical records to make his assessment.
