Mack continued to distinguish those symptoms from psychosis.
His position was that intrusive thoughts and disassociation were

But doctor Hellburn went on to discuss auditory hallucinations that Lindsay Clancy may have been experiencing, which he claims were not hallucinations but rather her own intrusive thoughts.
He's a prosecution asking him about that.
So the key point with Dr.
Helbron's testimony is that he evaluated Lindsay Clancy and he found that she was severely depressed, severely suicidal, but that she was not psychotic.
He said that she suffered from altruistic philicide, which meant that she killed the children because she feared they would suffer without her if they were.
Left behind.
So this is interesting because obviously there is some parallels here with Dr.
Resnick's testimony.
But the key difference is Dr.
Hellbrunn said that she was not psychotic.
As well, whereas Dr.
Resnick testified that she was psychotic.
And Dr.
Halbron presented in the courtroom a PowerPoint.
