So if Patrick had left the home sometime after 5.15 p.m.,

And if that was the last time that Lindsay went up to the bedroom was at 5 38 PM, when she made the last movement flight status, it's a very short timeframe for her to have taken the children into the basement, called each of them one by one, and then gone up to the master bedroom.

So it's all part of the state's argument that this was premeditated that she sent Patrick out of the home.
