I definitely think it's difficult, but I think, you know, that's where the jury selection process becomes even more important. matched

You know, and I think the thing is with this one and with other high profile cases, another thing that we hear matched

is that they're looking for jurors that, okay, you might have heard about this case, but there's a difference between hearing about the case and whether you're able to put aside any opinions or previous things that you've heard and just be impartial and objective on the evidence that you're about to see. matched

And that's what they're going to have to try to find. matched

But the other thing I think is, and Kevin Reddington mentioned this briefly in the press conference, is there's a possibility of sequestering. matched

And that doesn't happen often because, you know, it is very laborious, very expensive, and is obviously not something that, you know, you want to put juris through. matched

But it is possible that given how high profile it is, especially if the trial does happen quite soon, you imagine that that momentum and the interest will not have subsided if we have a trial, a second trial by the end of the year, say. matched

So you wonder whether the idea of sequestration would be more on the table in that kinds. matched

Yeah, that's an interesting question because, you know, during the trial it did come down to a bit of a battle of the experts. matched

You had experts for the defense saying she was in a state of psychosis and was not in control of what she was doing. matched

And then you had experts for the state saying that she was not in a state of psychosis and was in control. matched

So, you know, these are credible experts, these are very good experts. matched

So it is interesting to see them come to these different conclusions. matched
