What that testimony was confusing, and I think this is where there are contradictions in some of the arguments that were made in court, because we heard about the phone and the Apple Health data from that evening, and to some extent, that pieced together a bit of a timeline for when precisely Lindsay killed the children. matched

So what we heard. matched

Was the phone and her Apple Watch were tracking her movements obviously around the house. matched

And the last time that any movement was recorded was at 5.38 PM. matched

And that was going up a flight of stairs. matched

And there was two flights of stairs recorded between around five ish when Patrick left the home. matched

And then at 538. matched

And you know, this was used to really show a timeline of when Lindsay called the children. matched

We know the children were called in the basement, and we know that Lindsay went up two flights of stairs to get to the bedroom, which is where she then cut her wrists and neck and tried to throw herself from the bedroom window. matched

But there's some discrepancies in that because we obviously heard that and that would indicate that by five thirty-eight pm, she was up in the bedroom. matched

And by then the the children were already dead. matched

But then we hear conflicting things from the prosecution that she was in the middle of killing the children when Patrick spoke to her on the phone at 5 34 PM. matched

But based on that account, they argued and Lindsay apparently told one of the psychiatrists that she took each child up and down down to the basement one by one. matched

So you would expect then it to log four flights of stairs. matched

You know, we heard that flights of stairs are only logged going up, not down. matched

So matched

This is where there's some indiscrepancies in the information and in the data and in the narrative that the prosecution laid out, because that wouldn't seem to fit. matched
