The nurse was, you know, giving her advice, um, but she also was telling her, you know, these thoughts are common through those messages and also through things like Lindsay Clancy's diary entries, her Google searches.
We've really gotten an insight into what was going on in her mind at the time, which is obviously really crucial testimony to.
be able to see, you know, that bigger picture as to what her mindset was in those months leading up to the killings.
So in her diary entries she wrote things like My Mind Never Shuts Off.
I feel like I'm drowning, I want to be well.
And then last week we heard
about the Google searches.
And the Google searches were in the days and weeks leading up to the killings.
Some of the searches were very graphic.
There were some searches for where is the carotid artery, how to slit your throat to die, can you turn airbags off Kia Sorrento?
But there was also other searches which took place on January nineteenth.
Which really shine a bit of a spotlight on her mental health at that time.
That was obviously just five days before the killings.
And Lindsay Carnegie Googled the words hallucinations, psychosis symptoms, schizophrenia.
So again, this comes down to the debate between the prosecution and the defence.
to the prosecution, that are they going to argue that she was looking up these symptoms so that she could fake them.
W we'll have to see whether that's the argument they're gonna go for, whereas the defence
It's actually an early s indicator of
the concerns that she was suffering from hallucinations and psychosis.
And that's coming just obviously a few days before the killings.
