Rachel Zegler, who won in Olivier playing Eva Peron, will reprise the role here, though not at all performances.
We've had time to settle in to what it's like to have Donald Trump in a position of power, right? So it's not like we didn't know it was going to be terrible. And it is terrible. He really did have a judge arrested today. And we will have more on that in a moment. He's not even 100 days in, and we are in desperation mode from him already, arresting a judge today. Are you kidding me?
That is a sign of weakness, not strength. It is the public that is being strong here, and he cannot handle it. If this feels like a insane and reckless escalation from the Trump administration arresting a judge, I will tell you, you are not alone. It sure felt like that to lots of people in Wisconsin today.
People who showed up outside the federal courthouse in Milwaukee after the judge was arrested. More than 100 people out there today on no notice on a Friday in the middle of the day to emergency spontaneously show up.
But if this feels like an insane and reckless escalation from the Trump administration arresting a judge, I will tell you, you are not alone.
They're deranged is all I can think of. I cannot believe. I think some of these judges think they are beyond and above the law, and they are not. And we're sending a very strong message today. If you are harboring a fugitive, we don't care who you are. If you are helping hide one, we will come after you and we will prosecute you. We will find you.
The nurse who contributed to this whistleblower complaint explains it like this, quote, Everybody this doctor sees has a hysterectomy, just about everybody. He's even taken out the wrong ovary on one detained immigrant woman. She was supposed to get her left ovary removed because it had a cyst on the left ovary. He took out the right one. She was upset.
She had to go back to take out the left and she wound up with a total hysterectomy. She still wanted children. So she has to go back home now and tell her husband that she can't bear kids. She said she was not all the way out under anesthesia and heard the doctor tell the nurse that he took out the wrong ovary.
The nurse says she and her fellow nurses, quote, questioned among ourselves, like, goodness, he's taking everybody's stuff out. That's his specialty. He's the uterus collector. She says, quote, I know that's ugly. Is he collecting these things or something? Everybody he sees, he's taking all their uteruses out or he's taking their tubes out. What in the world?
She had five children. The trail that Rachel ran daily was a trail that we as a family would walk over the last 25 years. Hello, Mrs. Morin. This is Detective so-and-so. I'm the lead detective on this case. There's no easy way to tell you this, but we found your daughter's body. She was brutally beaten, raped, and then stuffed into a drainpipe.
We're not here for a political stand, although we are. We're here because we're losing our moms, our daughters, our children to criminals. Truly, I hope that you will just take my words to heart because it's devastating.
No longer 1937. She's not going to be saved by the prince. She's not going to be saved by the prince and she's not going to be dreaming about true love. She's dreaming about becoming the leader she knows she can be.
The original cartoon came out in 1937 and very evidently so. Um, there's a big focus on her love story, um, with a guy who literally stalks her.
Weird, weird. So we didn't do that this time. I was scared of the original cartoon. I think I watched it once and then I never picked it up again. I watched it for the first time in probably 16, 17 years. Like guys, there is just so much.
Are you against me too?
.
.
And to everyone who hates when I win.
Oh no.
And I can only hope. That despite my flaws and despite my cracks and my breaks, and there are many of them, that at every premiere and everything I do, people will wait in line to see.
