So we passed from Southern Wisconsin and we moved all the way up to Central Wisconsin just a couple months after graduation.

But we were new to the area.

Even though Corey was from the area, we didn't have a lot of friends.

So both of us were starting new jobs and we wanted to find some other couples.

to hang out with.

Right.

That's one of the hardest things as an adult to find adult friends and couple friends.

So luckily with that new job, I connected with a girl named Maddie.

We'll call her.

We have a lot in common.

So we've all kind of the outdoorsy type, like fishing, hunting.

And we thought maybe we'd hang out outside of work.

And we finally reached the summertime.

And Maddie was telling me about how her and her group of friends, who are also couples,

They were going to go tubing on the Fox River.

As a child, I had been tubing on the Little Rock River, but this tubing was actually on the Fox River.

So it's a little bit bigger of a river, a little bit different of an experience.

So we got invited.

I was super pumped.

So you guys are familiar with tubing.
