Like our timeline is so short for keeping this organization operational.

Like literally, I was paying payroll and talking to the the ED on leave and saying, hey, how are we going to pay payroll next month?

She's like, I'm not sure.

Right.

So that's a pretty pretty jarring realization to have, uh I think it was two weeks in, two weeks into covering.

So, so I did, you know, really pivot in terms of my priorities and what I was focusing on in that moment.

We had a town hall with everyone in our organization to just be transparent about this is where our funding sits.

So basically we had some some cash reserve.

And over those 18 months, it was used up because we didn't, we didn't.

decrease or cut services enough.

There were some services that were cut or decreased during that time, but we would have had to decrease services pretty significantly to avoid having to pay that.

And we were just relying on being able to have one or two grants come through that would have would have covered that difference.

And that didn't happen.

So so right now we've just launched a fundraising campaign to to advocate to the community and say, hey, if you want us to
