I already pay, you know, I already give money to these other organizations that I believe in.

And also the

The financial uncertainty in the economy makes everybody hold all of their, if they have any extra dollars, they hold them close, right?

So either whether it's large businesses, there's so much uncertainty on the horizon that like we don't know when we're going to need those funds.

So we don't think we can give them as donations or, you know, to to the nonprofit sector.

And momentum's not alone in feeling that squeezed.

It is a really tough.

Time and those shifts in priorities, we're not the only one that's been impacted.

I've talked to other EDs where they've also lost significant funding uh in the in a similar space.

Mostly programs that are more preventative or like upstream, not as much intervention or crisis, are the ones that are that are losing funding.

I mean, we see it, those of us providing it, we know we keep people out of ER rooms and we keep people out of being in those higher cost crisis situations, but but the funds still need to be there to run the ER room, right?

So yeah, it's a really tight time.

Yeah, I think something I noticed very much so is that mental health is not at the same level as physical health yet.

We don't see the two as being equivalently important.

I think there's still a lot of misunderstanding or lack of awareness around how

are used to now having an understanding of like, oh yeah, I need to, you know, go see a doctor.
