I thought a lot of people downsize at the time of retirement or they have that in their strategy.
So I see so many people think, Well, I've got a m I will have a mortgage at retirement, but my plan is to downsize to fund that retirement.
So you need to know whether that's an option.
Are are you planning on downsizing?
Are you planning on renting out your house, like you said, to maybe travel around?
Or are you wanting to hold that house vacant, h have that mortgage? 'Cause I think it would be quite hard to be semi retired with a four hundred and eighty thousand dollar mortgage.
