So when you think of yourself as a first home buyer, you might be saving up for a deposit.

Well, you might not have the $20,000 needed to have a buyer's agent.

So do I think there's value in using a buyer's agent?

Yes, I do.

Whatever it is, and it'll vary, but I'm just pulling out a figure and saying, when we do figures for first home buyers, a lot of them want to use a buyer's agent, but when we actually present them the scenarios, they're unable to.

Oh, you don't want to do the research, yeah.

And some people want to do the research themselves.

And look, there are buyer's agents and buyer's agents.

There are some buyer's agents that I wouldn't pay for.

It depends what value they're offering you.

And I think you'll get that sense check when you're dealing with somebody.

But a lot of first home buyers, I'd say more first home buyers don't use a first home.

Sorry, I say most first home buyers don't use a buyer's agent.

And I would say a lot of that decision is dictated by the cost.
