You'd also need to know what the proposed rental income would be and then you'd also know what your interest repayments would be and you'd put some buffers on that.
So you'd look at one and you'd take away the other and that's your holding costs.

Yeah, because you need to be able to – it's great buying a property, but if you can't afford to hold it, then you might be selling at a time that isn't ideal.
So you need to really make sure that you've got buffers and that you can afford to hold that property.

See, when you think about the fundamentals of investment, so the majority of investors, this is how it goes.
The most people who invest, they buy their own home.
They build some equity in that home.
They've got their own mortgage, which might be a smaller mortgage comparatively to the value of their home.
