But if you take that same person and put them in, I don't know, South Australia, they would be able to buy a property because the income wouldn't change because there's certain incomes that don't change.

And I do think that people are going to make the decision whether they move and buy on that one income or whether they don't enter the property market.

Absolutely they are.

But it's still about working with what's in your control.

Are you going to buy with somebody else?

Are you going to do the help to buy where you buy in conjunction with the government so you can stay where you are?

Or are you going to rent and invest elsewhere?

I would just like to say that if you are feeling discouraged about getting into the property market.

No, just please look at the options available to you.

I'm so passionate about trying to encourage people to get into the property market in a way that they can and that may look different to how it did for your parents.
