Coming into some money, seventy-six thousand dollars.
Outstanding personal debt is thirteen thousand oh is a thirteen thousand dollar personal loan and a car loan of forty nine thousand five hundred at five nine nine with forty-nine months remaining on it.
But wasn't sure if I should clear both these debts, which would free up approximately four hundred and thirty-five dollars cash flow per week, or just clear the thirteen thousand personal loan and dump the rest against the mortgage in an offset account.
This offset has twenty thousand in it ready also.
I'm more clearing sorry, I'm more for clearing debts, but my mi wife wants to clear the personal loan and dump the rest in the offset and then pay the car off as quick as we can.
I worked out if we just paid the car off
as is we're getting hit with around twelve thousand five hundred in interest if my calculations are right.
Not sure on the best course of action in this case.
