Item 41 is a public hearing of the Board of Supervisors convening a committee of the whole today, September 15th at 3 p.m., to hold this public hearing to consider items 42 through 46 to add territory to and approving an annexation supplement to the amended and restated infrastructure financing plan for the city and county.
