Um so I think um

We will clearly more needs to be done.

Clearly, more uh information we will need.

And and not only that, I would say as the former uh budget committee chair, and which I'm really grateful now, we have uh Chair Dorsey uh as our our chair.

Um, but I would say that we share the concerns with the city that's suffering budget deficits.

We have a lot that we need to tackle.

um for the city uh in order to take that step um to uh

acquisitions of the infrastructure, we really wanna know the condition of the grid uh and the investments uh potential investments of the grid.

Uh we wanna do this in the best interest of San Franciscans.

We wanna make sure that we do this right uh by our city.

And I I just also have no doubt though, uh should and when we take that steps, we will require additional resources, uh, both actually from a state uh and

likely federal uh funding sources um to be able to s get us uh to that finish line.

So I think that this is just uh another stepping stone to where we need to be.

Um is the reason why today I am voting in support of um Supervisor Dorsey's motion uh to make sure that we affirm this environmental impact report and get to where we need to go next.
