And what it told me and told all of us, actually, also even through the independent report, is that they um
the utility infrastructure failed us.
The PG and E utilities infrastructure failed us.

And I think we need to continue uh on this process of trying to figure out the condition of uh the f infrastructure and this EIR um before us today as a final draft.
I think it's reasonable and sound and it's in good faith of what the city has been doing.
We've been transparent about this process, it've been through a public comments process.
Um
And so for me, uh again, uh the EIR just help us to gather those i evidence to say how can we um improve our infrastructure, help us understand the condition of where we're at.
So I am very disappointed in PG and E um for appealing this uh altogether.
I concur with Supervisor Melgar's sentiment um that you know I I would have hope
that PGE is more of uh a partner in this, especially after what we've been through last December.
Um but and yet here we are.
Um I I think that the EIR actually is uh not only a good faith effort, it's also a fact finding effort.

Wish
in of course in reality I wish that we have uh more information that we can get down to a project uh details.
But if we were to, I actually also think that PG and E seems like have been reluctant providing us the information necessary for us to get to that level too.
So
Um I think the city is in good faith, again, doing what we can to get to where we're at.
