I've always said for a neighborhood or a community, there's five public investments that will determine the success of that neighborhood.

Public library, public parks, public transportation, public schools, and public safety.

And if you do those five, a neighborhood could both residentially and retail-wise succeed.

So the mayor or local government has a power that is different now.

At the national level, the chief of staff of what I've done.

The chief of staff to a new president.

When you look at the results, I mean, there's millions of people that have health care today that had pre-existing conditions and never would have had it before.

There's communities with new community healthcare clinics that never had it before that we put a $20 billion into.

Community healthcare is the best preventive healthcare in America.

So there's things you can do that materially, you know, if a parent has a child with pre-existing conditions and you can't get healthcare, that's something that's going to, you know, as I say, there are two things that will happen in your life.

What keeps you up at night and what gets you up in the morning.

And

A child or a loved one with a pre-existing condition and then the rest of the family suffers because they can't get health care, that will keep you up at night.

And the president and the chief of staff for him at the time changed that for millions of Americans.

And if you're going to be here on Earth, the goal is to leave the world a better place.
