a gift to be able to see women transform themselves.

I mean, when I, I didn't know that was going to happen.

And I think that to be honest, if I'd have to say between teaching and dancing, I'd have to say I love teaching the most because when a woman would come into my studio and she'd look in the mirror, most of the time when we look in the mirror, we think what's wrong with us.

We look at what we don't like.

We see things we want to change.

And when I have women come into my dance studio, they have to look at themselves and they have to work with their bodies to make a movement work.

And at first they're nervous and they're embarrassed.

And if they're doing it with a bunch of other women, you know, it's like after a while, as you know, Karen, it's a camaraderie thing.

You kind of learn it together.

But the transformation after a couple of weeks was just amazing to me.

And then at six weeks it was,

beautiful and i think the layers of insecurities issues and problems just fell off naturally because when you can express inner feelings that you've kept inside you that you never released but now you can kind of release something through movement then it's a very healthy thing to do because then you can actually start seeing yourself the way you truly are which is a very beautiful being

I mean, I had a student one time, I used to go to their, if I did private classes, I would go to their homes and

And I had a student that was 15 minutes late and I'm a stickler.

I'm kind of a taskmaster when it comes to being on time.

And she had gotten into an argument with her boyfriend.

I guess he'd been footing with another gal the night before they went out and she was really angry and she was really upset about it.

And I said, great, let's use this.
