So I said, we're gonna create a choreography and we're gonna use your anger with the movements.

And I said, so how mad are you?

She was really mad.

And so she said, I'm just, I don't know what to do.

He's just done this before.

And I said, well, what would that be in a movement?

And she said, well, I don't understand.

I said, well, express to me in belly dance body language, what that would mean to you with all the moves that I've taught you.

What, what would that be?

So she, she, she said, okay, well, it would mean this.

And she started doing these moves and I said, okay, over it.

That's great.

So then I, we wrote down the moves.

And then I said, how else do you feel?

And so she worked out all her feelings through class time.

And at the end of class, they said, now we're going to put all these moves together.

And this is your expression of how you feel about the anger of the night before.

And this is how you're expressing it.

And this is how you're getting out of the body.

And when she danced it, it was actually a very beautiful dance.
