So I learned very intensively during my time in Bosnia and Herzegovina: the regulator is having a crucial function.

You need to really have a proper relationship to the regulator.

This does uh

uh in in in many aspects, you know, in exchanging on different topics and uh also having um impact then or the one or the other topic if they if they work on specific things.

So uh the regulator in banking is uh is I would say one of the one of the most important topics.

And this is what I also try to try to uh manage uh now in my role

Uh I think it's not most important to to sit here in Vienna and then to wait until someone is reporting something to you.

That's not my understanding of having a a group board function.

My understanding of having a group board function is to go there and not to be visited.

Yeah, I think looking back a little bit and uh over over the last years and here maybe uh

more educated to to talk about that, but uh from my perspective now

being being on the business side since since years uh

I would say since

twenty twenty, twenty twenty one, we we are we are having as I would say we are used to some cr uh crisis topics, you know.

So it started with the with the COVID or Corona topic.

Then we had the the the the the war in uh in Ukraine.
