And this does not always mean that we say yes to everything, but I think it's also important if you are maybe not able to cover the one or the other.
other topic that the customer is asking for, you also have to be fast in saying
Let's say at that time we cannot uh we you cannot count on us, but uh but next time please uh show up again.
So fast does not always mean uh taking a decision, does not always mean a yes.
But I think you need to be somehow
predictable also as a bank uh by our uh by the customers.
So you cannot uh you cannot uh you know have a decision have a decision cycle which goes up and down and you're not really predictable because then the customers will no longer approach you.
And I think this throughout all our product ranges, uh together with the coverage uh coverage areas of our bank, I think that's one of the most important
important topic that we should have in mind looking forward that uh making it easier for the customer, being faster in the decision making process and having also some appetite, especially on the regions we are working in.
That's uh that these are the main topics I I I will look at for sure.
So I think that this is maybe the
uh the benefit having someone who who served in a country, uh having having their CEO role, no matter if the network bank is big or small.
But uh to some extent what what I realized
If you want to assess a certain market, if you want to assess the banking competition there, if you want to assess how how our customers are operating there on the ground, corporate customers, institutional customers, then you need to be there and you need to talk to them and you need to get in touch also with the local institutions.
I'm
Not the biggest fan of um taking decisions just based on desktop research and then uh maybe living in the wrong belief that you know everything.
So I think it's uh it's very important to combine both things.
For sure you have desktop research, but I would say in our case and the in the region where we are operating in, it's even more important also being on the ground, not just talking to our colleagues there, because that's
That's maybe not enough.
But also extending that, talking to supranationals, talking to the regulator.
