I'm quite sure yes it is, because I think you you pr you wherever you ha take over a leadership function, you maybe have different skill sets for sure in your in your team, you have uh different capabilities, you have different maturity maybe of uh of markets and this is why I

learnt over during my time as a as a leader, or having a leadership function, that you also need to be adaptive from time to time, you know.

So I think uh I I see it now quite quite quite obvious.

The leadership role that I have now on corporate and investment banking side here here in Vienna on on group board level is a different one than the the leadership function that I had in Raiffeisen Capital Management or in Raiffeisen Bank Bosnia and Herzegovina.

For sure it's also the the the people are used uh cultural wise maybe also to different styles of leadership and uh

It takes some time also for the the colleagues then to adapt to maybe

your way of uh uh trying to be a good leader and uh they also need to get known to you and you need to go no get get known to them and this is how you then uh maybe create uh create a new a new leadership style but for sure it's uh it's different, you know, it's cultural topics, uh differ different different impacts I have to admit, you know.

What motivated me?

That's that's uh actually this I always ask myself sometimes, so from time to time, because I I would say I come from uh from a regional banking setup, which is Raiffeisen Landesbank Upper Austria, also having some kind of international uh experience, but uh not comparable to this uh doing banking really in different markets in a very specific region.

And then uh joining Raiffeisen Capital Management, I

gained for the first time experience via these local asset management companies that we run in our in our network banks.

uh with the with the international banking market.

And in our case, very specifically on the Central and Eastern Europe side and the Southeastern and Europe side.

And then uh what comes uh also during my entire career I have a c a cycle I would call a six to eight year cycle of uh

of changing roles and changing uh changing functions and uh and jobs and uh then after i would say six seven years at drive as in capital management i felt a certain I would not call it pressure but uh a push uh in a positive way a certain push to maybe go to one of these countries so then it then the

This was then Bosnia.

This one was in that time not clear.

So I also applied uh for for different functions in our network, so for bot board functions primarily in network banks.
