I was not uh chosen for several broad positions, I have to admit, but then uh all of a sudden Bosnia turned out to be an option and I took it immediately after for sure talking a little bit uh let's say to to my family, but this was also not uh not very long lasting and I have to admit if you then

if you change a job or if you get a job opportunity, at least in my case it is like that, you feel in the very first second

If you want to take this over yes or no.

If you if you if you need to find arguments why you should do it or why you should not do it, I think then it's then it's better to leave it aside.

And in and um I can still remember who called me in that time and simply saying

Yes, Bosnia.

And I and I was in that second.

I was wow, yes, for sure, I will do it.

Uh and um yeah, I think that's uh also at jobs that I took it was always a little bit like that.

So it was a very emotional part.

I would say still uh still people from the the Western European sphere or maybe also other regions uh in in the world are having a certain perception when it comes to Central Eastern Europe and especially then South Eastern Europe.

And this perception to some extent does not uh fit to the reality that you uh then face there.

So if you if you see CE markets and you look at Czechia, Slovakia, Hungary, these are already

was growing over the last years, although on on the on the Western European side it was uh we were we were suffering a little bit and although these economies are so closely connected, we had a nice GDP growth in the C area and also SE area.

And I would say in the Southeastern Europe area it's maybe then

even a little bit tougher because still people are having a certain

view on that region, you know?

That's that's driven a little bit by history for sure.
