You know, I was uh I had lunch with a meta employee recently and he told me that like when Mark Zuckerberg wants to look into a product, like just ask you know, do a meeting about a product, it triggers seven layers of reviews. podcast-host

You know, b like like just when he's asking, like he just wants to say what's going on with the product. podcast-host

There's like seven other meetings that have to happen like, you know, between you know, be before that before when you ask the question and before that meeting happens. podcast-host

Um and there's I think that's one thing you learn also at seventy five plus is like is how to design culture as like of a you know, as as part of um and and do it a very intentional way and like s start to build in behaviors you want to see and start to like podcast-host

So that that takes its own like s skill set, many years of learning I think. podcast-host

And and it's very it's actually quite difficult because you have to you know when you're bringing all these people from diff from different backgrounds, you gotta sort of like, you know, really uh get them used to your culture. podcast-host

Yeah, and I think as as a culture, sometimes you have to accept some weaknesses or like you you have to be very explicit about your trade offs, right? podcast-host

Like we're gonna do this and uh but we're not gonna do this and we're we're gonna be okay with that outcome if that happens, you know? podcast-host

Yeah, I I think the other thing is they have to be very explicit, especially when things are like seem anti social, you have to be um more even more explicit. podcast-host
