I would say one last point on on this uh like with Ben Horowitz point, there's one thing he really mentioned and the hard thing about our things that really struck with me and I and um I think it's important less than for all founders is about how to like keep politics out of your organization. podcast-host

And um I think humans are naturally political and they'll look for like political like if you let politics become a thing in your organization, they will. podcast-host

And so you have to really change the incentive structure for people to not be political and podcast-host

And um like one thing that I would do if someone came t if an executive came to me to complain about another executive, you know, as long as it wasn't something super serious, I would just say, Talk to that person and resolve it with them, like not not letting it get through me go go through me and like, you know, is uh kind of tell you know, uh telling the parents basically and and not trying to resolve it by themselves. podcast-host
