So I'm specifically looking for any cracks on the tongue, any crevices, spots, discolorations, enlargement of the tongue, tongues that can't go all the way out of their mouth.
Those things all mean something if the tongue is quivering.
So that has to do with all kinds of organs in the body, the liver, the kidneys, the digestive organs.
If they're starting to move into autoimmunes or like you mentioned, chronics, the face, same thing.
The lines that a lot of the doctors will tell people that are just normal aging is actually not.
So even when it comes down to hair color.
A lot of people think that hair color has to do with aging, that you're just automatically gonna get gray hair at a certain point.
But I've had eight, nine, and 10 year olds come to me with gray hair.
So it's a sign of deficiency.
And in the fingernails, that can get wild.
and crazy, so you can have flat nails, you can have weird wide, super wide nails, crazy discolorations, they can go completely faded out, they can go complete pink, they can have some half moons, no half moons, so it's all over the place.
That's correct.
Okay.
Yeah.
If I feel like they need to get blood work, if it's pretty serious, you know, I'll tell them to do that.
But basically...
The human body every single day must have 60 minerals, 16 vitamins, 12 amino acids, and three essential fatty acids.
And so that's the starting point is to make sure that people get to that point.
And then when I see different things on the face and the different areas, then I'm targeting in, okay, is the liver acting up?
Does the kidney need some support?
