He said this twice already, that that Iranian capability has been destroyed.

It wasn't until the SECDEF went before Congress in the past last week where he said, oh, they still have capability.

So the question is, who's lying here?

Did the president lie 10 months ago and lie a month ago when he said it was all destroyed?

What is going on?

I truly believe that the Iranians have extremely limited capability to create a nuclear weapon in the short run.

At the same time, they do have the ability

to continue to enhance the enrichment of uranium.
