Yeah, it really does push past that expertise boundary, though.
Well, maybe this goes back to our point of tension of, you know, is the AI making us smarter or
or lazier.
And I do think you want to, I think we want to teach and learn how to use AI in a way that makes us smarter.
Because you're right, Jason, I think it's very easy to use AI in a way that makes us lazier, and less rigorous.
And that would be a shame, right?
Because we're gonna like lose
a lot of things that makes us human almost if we do that.
Because, you know, as you said, like humans want to push the boundaries of creativity and expression.
But if we use the AI tools in a naive way, they will make us lazier.
And I can see that with just the next generation that's growing up with these tools.
Like it's,
unless they are given the scaffolds and the jewels to use the jewels correctly, it's not great for humanity.
I think it is equally important to develop skills for generating things as well as critiquing things and reviewing things.
And obviously, you know, we're in an unprecedented time where so many things are changing.
But I do think this is already kind of understood in the creativity and design literature that there's you know, there's kind of
two ways to bring creativity to design um there's the creativity you bring to enumerating like the different choices and there's creativity and like how you evaluate those choices and um i think it's uh that developing that ability to
see something and understand why it's good or bad is really important.
And before, right, like there was so much pressure for humans to generate things that I think that's what you mostly taught in school is like, how do you create things?
