Let's talk about some of the common myths or misconceptions about real estate investing, because I don't know what could be a misconception, you know, but again, this is what you do.

Please tell us what misconceptions or myths that people run from.
Because I'm going to just tell you this.
You know, we're talking about faith.
We talk about fear.
We talk about money.
Okay.
Those are three things that if they don't come together, if you don't overcome that fear, you don't have the money.
I don't care how much faith you have.
Real estate is not going to be purchased.
So when you talk about myths that are common and misconceptions, what are some of them when it comes to investing in real estate?
I find the biggest one is that people think they need a lot of money to do it.
