And there are some programs.

Actually, I was talking to my godson yesterday.

He lives in the Virginia, D.C.

area.

And so he called me.

He said, hey, Uncle Dexter, I'm a veteran, and I got a VA loan.

that I haven't taken advantage of.

Now, if you don't think about a VA loan, a VA loan allows you to get into a piece of property with no money down.

And he was saying a lot of people, he said, a lot of my friends have taken advantage of the VA loan and I'm trying to figure out how to do it.

And I said, man, there are a lot of ways.

So I'm going to walk them through that.

But my point being is a lot of times we haven't even taken the time to do the research to find out what can I get into a property for.

So that's on the VA side.

But then there's also FHA loans where you can get in for as little as 3% down.

And there are lenders who will sometimes they will even give you the down payment.

And so the biggest thing I find is that most people think that it takes tons of money to get involved.

And it doesn't.

It just takes you thinking strategically.

And the number two, I believe, in fact, number one is this.

It takes you believing it's possible.
