But that was what we had.

So the deal was basically with Blue Cloud Ventures.

They trusted us to be able to deliver exactly what we promised them.

And we trusted them to come in and help the business.

And it was fantastic.

With all the VCs that I've worked with over the year, and that's a lot, I think I've raised capital seven times.

I've been part of four exits into my career.

This was the most gentleman agreement type of arrangement.

And the great thing about it is Blue Cloud Ventures are far in the money already.

My existing investors are far in the money.
