And so this book, we've already sold about a thousand copies before we even started promoting it.
I mean, it just, the published date was just today.
So we're doing the free book model.
So people are offered after, I'll just tell you right now, if you order a free book, you pay the $7 shipping, you'll see a short low key video right after you order.
That'll say, Hey, I've got this course on email copywriting.
It's very quick.
It's I've got templates you can use to send out emails to make more money from your list.
And it's 200 bucks.
And so about 10% of the people say yes to that.
So that makes us revenue right up front that pretty much liquidates the cost of the promotion with giving away the free book.
And so we're looking for list placement on the book list and then also course revenue, because now we've got a lot, thousands of people who just spent money on something about copywriting.
And so what are they likely to buy?
Again, something else about copywriting.
So when we offer the course a month later,
then we should be able to sell a lot more of the course.
And we had great success with the course in the fall.
We had a tremendous online launch with that in the fall and we think it'll be even bigger this spring.
just from my email list um selling we were testing the funnel with different upsell offers quite frankly and so we sent out a few thousand emails at a time seeing which offer which copy which video would work the best to convert uh and so all that has been just through testing to see how well the offer is working because we have a lot of uh affiliates
who are promoting the book offer for us.
So there will literally be thousands of emails going out promoting this book starting on Thursday, and that will bring the bulk of the book sales.
