Yeah, you know, it's uh people throw that word culture around all the time and they're not quite sure what it means sometimes.
But for me it's pretty simple, it's just what we do here.
Right.
I d uh I I use that phrase, what we do here.
And uh it's really about our our pillars and ha what we want to instill on our players.
It uh we we feel that there are certain characteristics, whether it's work ethic, focus, you know, how we treat one another, um, sportsmanship.
We talk about um, you know, being brave and competitive all at the same time and we think these are things that carry with them throughout life and everything that they're doing, if they're if they're players that want to achieve.
So, um it's and it's a real brotherhood too.
You know, e I think E CNL has really helped in that.
You know, because a lot of our young players get to see the older players play on the same day.
And you go on the Instagram, you see the celllies, right?
That happen all the time.
You see young players uh
And jumping in piles with older players and you know they're they're really good role models, our older players too.
They're taking that on.
So um you know E C L's been a big uh big proponent for us and um helps breed that that that brotherhood that we have.
Yeah, exactly.
I mean you you even seen it with our US team right now, right?
Yeah, it's it's it's the bravery to take people on, it's the bravery to be impactful.
Like don't wait for somebody else, you know, and also the defensive side for me, you know, the that other side of the ball, which I think sometimes is a little bit lost these days, you know.
