Um that's why I'm a big Chris Richards fan these days, you know, because we finally have a center back and I was a center back that can that can really defend and pla and play through the lines, so he's shown a lot of bravery.
But yeah, we think that's something
in life.
You know, just just if you're striving for something, you feel a little pressure because you're trying to achieve.
But you gotta have that bravery to take that on.
It's such a important aspect and I think it it it carries with players and when they get older and everything they want to do.
Yeah, a little bit less yeah, but yeah, absolutely.
Yeah, look, I think um you know, just if I if I look at it just from the people that are involved, I think there's some great leaders uh that are involved uh on the board.
Uh it's a really good cross section, you know, of the country.
You got people from from all over the place that that are involved with their clubs.
But I I've been I've been pretty impressed, you know, and of course both of you have a lot to do with this as well uh in your roles and Jason.
Um but it's
it's uh it's a large entity to run and it's it's it's super impactful, you know, the the voice that we have here and the reach that we have here uh when it comes to uh how we can shape youth soccer in this country.
So um but I'm looking at it all from all aspects too the um your financial, fiduciary responsibilities, legal responsibilities, everything you have, it's it's it's it's pretty impressive.
Pretty impressive.
So uh but I think E CNL is a is a is a massive leader, you know, in in youth soccer.
And I think the those people that are on the board and your your leadership and and both yours and Jason really, you know, can can reshape this youth soccer in this country.
Yeah, you got you got people in the weeds.
So I always say and and good people, really good people.
And then e even still you mentioned at at the conference level, right, as coaches, we're all colleagues.
