Everyone g everyone gets along, it's a community, you know, they have a lot of respect for one another.
I I I tell people all the time, uh my my colleagues is what drives me because I know as a coach on that level
What I'm gonna see on on game day, they're prepared.
So I gotta be prepared as well.
There's some great coaches in this in this league and um and the board is a is a great example of that too, just great people around the game.
Yeah, I can't tell you how important zone one is to any club, you know, not just in in in how it's run and your curriculum and things along those lines, but you know, even the size of it.
You know, if you can have a large zone one in your club and it's running really well, it's gonna lead to more success in the older ages for sure.
But uh you know, zone one's an area where we can be a I mean, like we mentioned about being a leader in in American soccer, like zone one is where we can really take um, you know, right from the start these young players and having them come in and and getting around what E C N L wants to do with it.
So amazing.
Yeah, I c I couldn't agree with you more.
I mean when I when I when people descri ask me to describe my club, it's no it's it's a school.
It's a school and you think about it as a lower school, a middle school or an upper school.
Right.
So at at at each level you have a different level of teacher.
Right that understands the psychology of the young kids and the and and what they need and keeping the fun factor in it and also understanding, you know, where they are physically and and emotionally in those in those ages and to and to teach the game at the same time.
I think the biggest thing for me too is also
when you have young families, right, that are stepping into youth soccer to to educate them and what commitment is like and you know, it's when when you're eight, nine years old, what do you really know about a family, right?
And well as soon as they get to ten, eleven, twelve, you know more.
But uh we have some lifers.
I you see even on my U nineteen team right now, we have some lifers, I call 'em.
