And uh and he was our first general manager.
in in the business and started working in a Cinorama store and
um learned the industry and the business, but he brought the mentor program to our company.
He brought training and learning and
and just working with people so much better.
He he had great training and he ran
His own business for years as well, but
uh we built up and and grew from there and and uh you know to have that and then
He got sick.
And um and uh we were in the hospital
And he he said he he wants to be able to give back and
and he didn't know what he could give back and we came up with the idea of J J's Entrepreneurs which was a business plan contest and uh we would judge it each year.
And
You know, and w and give out a winner and and the and we would mentor that business and we gave ten thousand dollars to the winner and five thousand dollars to the second place and
And uh J J would mentor them and work with them and
over the years that that worked out real well and
And then um and then J J passed and um
that
uh really took a lot of us uh uh in in you know we just
It it sent us all for a loop, kind of, and in and so we wanted to
