So we established the Titus Franchise Center.

at Palm Beach Atlantic University and my oldest son A J graduated from there and was the president of the student government there for two years and

We know the people there and

felt very, very comfortable with their

uh morals and ethics and and and what they would do and so

we created an endowment and and and set it up and and then went to work and we did what we do.

We you know, started building a brand.

We got the right people in place and

recruited people to be involved and

Um and fortunately for us, Doctor John Hayes accepted the position and

moved to West Palm Beach and the timing for him

uh was amazing and he did

uh accepted and moved forward and and uh he's done an amazing job with the center and so last year was our first year

And uh uh we we had a great reception there.

The the president of the university has just been

Thrilled with the growth, uh

Uh you know, we have uh forty students now, uh in a concentration of franchising and it it's the only program of its kind in the state of Florida and uh

So from our standpoint, you know, we've got a concentration in franchising as

part of a bachelor's degree at Palm Beach Atlantic and
