It's one of the public works conditions of approval.
Yeah, so the traffic impact fee, I win, is $4,215 per townhome unit.
That's a new one.
We do have some landscape conditions already.
We can modify some of the existing ones.
An example would be landscape irrigation plans.
We have conditions number 26 talks about landscape projects submittal in the draft ASA.
Resolution we could probably add a sentence at the end of that basically saying that 50 to 75 percent 75 percent of Landscaping should be a native I'll second that.
I want to say that we should also remember that these are primarily industrial areas.
And so remember that it is an industrial area first.
