But I think the focus here was really about getting trust among the five of us so that we can actually function as a team.

It's not that we don't have trust.

It's just we haven't had the opportunities to develop trust.

And you build trust by working through projects.

I want to disagree on that statement.

When your fundamentals and foundation are not there, you have to fix that first.

That's what we've been doing for the last two years, three years.

We're trying to fix the fundamental issues that are broken.
