staff says they're going to do something they do something I mean I think that's key I mean we have that now but just in general right now we're talking the ideal ideal yeah so even if it's already occurring it's good to put it down there yeah accountability I mean information is tough like we never have enough information in context but the more we have access to it self-service to be able to find it I think the more we can do our research and get there but I mean we have that right now

I would parse that a little bit different, and I know some of my colleagues may disagree, but I would say prioritization of residents versus outside interests is important in terms of how time is allocated.
We've had so much staff time being consumed by outside interests and not residents over the past few years.
that outside interests have had a much undue influence on our staff policy and staff direction.
So simple examples like we should have prioritization for our residents in our resident services over non-residents.
And I think that's a very important thing for me.

I mean, we've had so many outside interests consume staff time on their priorities as opposed to resident priorities.
