But if we do structure it, please take a scenario-based approach and a case-based approach to go through it because the theoretical aspects are great, but it doesn't, until you get to detail, like, for example, I was flowing one right now, which is, you know, don't like direct attacks on staff, great, but inability to achieve accountability with a city manager that can't respond, how would you handle it?
boom, now you have a very interesting conversation.
All your values and everything comes out of that case study.
You can run the scenario, and it's a lot more interesting because that's something that would impact it.
We don't have that situation today, but in the event that we had that situation in the future, how would you handle that?
And then that helps everybody understand how you would interact.
So I prefer a more case approach, more interactive approach.
