I did want to point out that David, you're in Birmingham, and so you're not exactly right along the

Coastline there.

And so a lot of times, weaker systems like this one, the rain doesn't get evenly distributed around the center.

And so a lot of times when weaker systems like this move on shore, they do produce a lot more inland flooding because unfortunately, um, the rain just kind of sits there.

And you guys have a terrain not quite as hilly as the Carolinas, but that can also contribute to inland flooding.

But this system could be an inland flooding problem if it does move on.

I'm sure.

And we talked about it at the top of the show.

And I honestly, when I first saw this area of development, you know, I just saw it on social media over the weekend, if you will.

I was like, Oh, a fish storm?

And I kinda assumed that it was going to head out to sea, but the the forecast models that do show it do show it moving over land.

Um, I'm sure you guys uh are familiar with fish storm, but we'll let Justin do the deep dive on fish storms.

Indeed.

And uh you know, when we were talking about the the potential of a homegrown storm and earlier in the season we talked about how with such a strong El Nino we have a much higher possibility of seeing a storm spin up closer to the coast than in the main development region.
