And this storm does have the potential to be a huge rainmaker, just like Juliana said. voice-verified

And so one of the reasons for that is because about half of the system remains out over the Gulf as it skirts the coastline. voice-verified

So it's able to feed off of the warmth of the Gulf. voice-verified

It's able to retain moisture from the Gulf and then dump it onto land as it cycles back onto land. voice-verified

So that's just one of the aspects that we see with this potential rainmaker of a storm. voice-verified

And also a lot of times weaker tropical storms are more rainmakers. voice-verified

because the rain's not evenly distributed around the center. voice-verified
