thinking about or when you start working with someone talking about time management, what is your starting point?
Cause I I mean, I know a lot of people come to me
And they think time management is sort of what they need to focus on.
And obviously having coached, you know, hundreds and hundreds of women in this, I know it's not the starting point, but it's not that we're not gonna get there, but it's not for me.
But what it what do you tend to start?
So yeah in my four step methods wait, are you saying that capacity is not just more time?
Which I think a lot of people think that too.
Like they are they're like, I need I need more space in my calendar to do the things.
Like we think I think capacity and and time is being kind of
Time is being tiny.
Yeah, yeah.
Because
Overwhelm has a completely like a total physiological like over overtake, right?
Like it it takes over, it limits your thinking immediately, right?
It doesn't matter if you're scheduled back to back to back to back.
