You could have, I don't I'm sure lots of people experience this too.

You can have a completely open day and get nothing done in that day because of the lack of capacity, because of the lack of mental space and the overwhelm that can come with that, right?

And so.

Fixing fixing that first so you your body literally like the cortisol levels in your body calm down so you can think straight is c is the beginning of everything.

Yeah.

And then coming back to, you know, the starting point, because you talked about vision, but I I'm guessing that what you're talking about, what you're connecting here is is one of the things that gets you out of overwhelm or or really the the main tool that gets you out of that is having a really clear vision for yourself.

Yeah.

Or should or a lot of shoulding on that too.

And I like I'm thinking about a client that I had.

who was, you know, uh probably one of the most overwhelmed clients I I worked with.

And and and

We we did some of the mind sweeping together.

She would go out and do that, but the paralyzation of the next step of trying to find clarity around which of these to do and which of them not to do, it was absolutely dehabilitating for her because she could not get past the idea that she had to let some of these things go.

Right.

And that's not all of these things were actually important and had to get done.

And so it was

there was a there was some interesting work that we had to to dig into and that you know that led down to some of her identity and like we had to dig into some of that.

And so, you know, but but for some people, yeah, you look at that list and it's like of course I'm supposed to do all of this.

All of this is important.
