And she found that sort of negative voice lessening so much more so after we went through that process.
Uh, I remember Sarah Ann on the podcast.
She sort of laughed about this, but she talked about how she has a like an inner meme girl that she didn't even really know existed until this program.
Like that inner dialogue was constantly berating her and telling her that she was doing things wrong and she should be doing more, more for others and being more productive.
And if you go back and listen to Kelly's, she talked about forever balance in her particular episode.
But she talks about retraining her brain, right?
Just like you would train your body if you were gonna go through some sort of competition, right?
Or you were gonna do something athletic, right?
There's athletic training that has to be involved.
Well, your brain needs to be trained in the same way if you want to experience more work-life balance.
So literally, Kelly learned how to do these daily reps of positive self-talk and reframing.
How she thinks.
And so in the program, I actually walk my clients through several exercises that help to retrain your brain.
There's the daily kickstart, there's the pivot protocol, there's the work-to-home transition.
Like these are all really practical ways to start practice thinking intentionally.
And I just love how all of all of these women were able to highlight how important that sort of reframing of their mind really was to them and to their experience of balance in their life.
And here's why I think this really matters.
I mean, learning to think on purpose and to reframe your life through the lens of being enough and doing enough and being successful means so much of that is what creates sustainability when it comes to work-life balance.
And I think this is where so many other programs sort of get it wrong, right?
They try to fix sort of the external, uh, better planning, better time management, you know.
