Is it over applied to black people?
Absolutely.
That part is wrong.
But if this is the legal framework that black people are held to, then why not use that same, like I said, legal framework to get answers and to get accountability for the people involved in this case?
Make her show up as we go along.
But also they understand the power of the system.
That's why they are the sheriffs and the judges and the district attorneys.
That's why they get to run unopposed.
Because then you can call somebody and say, hey, you know what?
My son just got pulled over.
Can you give him?
Absolutely, it's happening.
And that's what I'm saying.
That's the whole point.
That's the whole point.
And so we have to, as a way to protect ourselves, and I'm not blaming Black people saying Black people, this is why this happens to you versus them.
What I'm saying is that you already, I think Clay laid it out earlier, how the sheriff is an elected position.

Let's go to Carmelo Anthony's case.
The district attorney in that case, he ran for that position.
